Brewster Real Estate and Auction Co LLC was established as Brewster Auctions in 1997 since that time we have grown into a leader in the area in real estate sales and auctions. We moved to our current location in 2014 and increased the number of Realtors on our team. Our main focus is successfully selling our clients properties whether by traditional listing or by live or online auctions. 

We can conduct auctions onsite or at a remote location either live or online. The auction method is a professional way to successfully market real estate and personal properties. There has been a recent growth of using the online method to conduct real estate and personal property auctions. Auction sales can create quick cash and often gives the opportunity to attain a higher selling price.

Our professional staff will work with you from the beginning to end.
